The enormous dimensions of the structures were skilfully levelled by the designer, who, playing with the free layout of the space, managed to combine everything into a single symphony, giving sophistication to every detail in the house.

This project is far from being the first completed construction project of the owners. When a house is built for the first time, it becomes clear over time what could be improved. With each new construction, there are fewer flaws. There are no flaws at all in this project.
It is the second project jointly implemented with the customer. The first house was built in Dnipro City. When it was decided to build a second house, the first thing one wanted to “take” along was the favourite glass interior elements. In this way, the columns and mirrors were recreated. The villa is made in the modern classics style. Calm beige facades are in harmony with the environment and do not give out the coolness of the interiors.
It is the first of two twin houses, which were planned by the architect Kyrylo Zhosul as family town houses. And this was determined by fate. The mansion belonged to the younger generation. However, the interior decoration of the house speaks of the owner’s maturity of the views and tastes.
